Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell products to you.

We sell abayas and related items as shown on our Website.

3) Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order (for example, where we suspect fraud, unauthorised transactions, pricing errors, or stock issues). If we cancel an order after payment is taken, we will refund you.

5) Shipping & Delivery (UK Only)

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

  • Delivery timeframes shown on the Website are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers, weather, disruption events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel is delivered to the address you provided (or as otherwise handled under applicable consumer law).

Change of mind (online orders)
